Mulberry Wally is such an amazing dog.  He is really easy to care for and it has been a lot of fun watching him learn the ways of a house dog.  He is completely house trained, loves children, adults, dogs, cats (in fact, there hasn't  been anyone or anything Wally hasn't loved).  He loves to ride in the car as long as you don't mind a little drool.  He is crate trained but would rather hang close with his buds and family as you can see in the slideshow.  By the way, "treats" are his best friend.

12-6-07 UPDATEHe now takes treats from your hand.  He plays A LOT now.  He loves to play with toys.  He sleeps in til at least 10 every morning.  He does like to put things in his mouth now, shoes, trash etc, but he doesn't really chew them, he just takes them to his bed and lays with them.  He gets really excited when I get out the leash and starts jumping around and barking.  He finally started licking my face, his teeth chatter when he is excited

3-14-08 UPDATE:  Wally has been such a delight to have around our house.  He is such a sweet and loving dog.  When we started out, Wally was nervous and very unsure about people.  He developed an instant bond with my Ridgeback, Dolby and would cry if Dolby left the room.  In the past six months, Wally has completely come full circle in his ability to love and trust people.  He now runs up to us when we get home, licks our faces and does tricks for treats!  He is very social and greets all our guests.  Everyone who knew him when we first got him is amazed at his transformation.  Wally loves to play, he will bow and jump at me until I chase him around the house.  He is completely house trained and he is a very good eater, we just have to add a little water to his food and he is happy to eat it.  You should see how excited he gets when we bring out the leash to take him somewhere.  He is perfect in the car, just lays in the back seat.   He is great with cats and children.  He loves to cuddle with Dolby as you can see in the slideshow.  Everyone who knows Wally wishes they could keep him, but so far none of the circumstances have been perfect.  Wally would make a wonderful addition to any home.
