Penny and Swivel Hips came to me in mid 2007, my fourth and fifth greyhounds. Swivel was an inquisitive, energetic and happy boy.
His name brought a
smile to everyone’s face and he responded in kind. He and his
adoptive sister, Penny, had been together a long time. At first,
they frequently shared a bed.
Swivel loved his walks, and we did a mile each morning.
He was only with me for ten months before cancer of the
liver took him from us.
